1、 Key points of railing construction

1. Some railings can be installed on the ground;

2. During installation, attention should be paid to protecting the surface of the wood plastic material from scratches;

3. During installation, it is important to ensure both strength and aesthetics, while also paying attention to the position of screws;

For railings with curvature requirements, the angle of the tenon needs to be calculated;

5. When installing the handrails' flower plates, pay attention to the beauty, and try not to expose the screw holes;

6. When installing the hat, glue should be used;

7. For railings with curvature requirements, attention should be paid to symmetrical transitions;

When mortising, the characteristics of wood plastic thermal expansion and contraction should be considered, leaving room for expansion and contraction activities;

When installing columns and road surfaces, steel plates can be pre embedded in concrete, and the bottom steel plate of the column can be welded to the pre embedded steel plate or fastened with bolts;

When the total length of the railing is greater than 300 meters, consideration should be given to adding deformable transition columns; 11. The style of the railing, the specifications of the selected profiles, and the span of the railing should be closely matched.

2、 Key points of floor construction

Before floor construction, the load-bearing capacity should be calculated;

11. Expansion joints should also be reserved in the longitudinal direction of the floor, and the size of the joints should be designed reasonably according to the temperature during use, the expansion coefficient of the material, and the length of the material;

12. The board should be fastened to the keel with two stainless steel screws;

13. Due to the slight thermal expansion and contraction characteristics of wood plastic profiles, and considering cleaning and other reasons, appropriate gaps must be left between edges and ends during installation of wood plastic profiles;

14. It is best to install the profiles on the keel when installing wood plastic flooring;

15.When there is an inclination angle between the profile and the keel, or when installed in a bathhouse, please reduce the spacing between the keels by at least 10 centimeters.
