The difference between PE wood plastic and PVC wood plastic

1、 Different production methods:

The preparation of PE wood plastic products mainly adopts the cold pushing method;  

The preparation of PVC wood plastic products can be divided into vacuum forming, cold pressing method, and three roll suppression.

2、 Different raw materials:

The main materials for PE wood plastic are PE particles mixed with wood powder, calcium powder, and a small amount of modifier;

The main materials for PVC wood plastic are PVC resin powder, PVC recycled materials, wood powder, stone powder, and some modifiers, etc.

3、 Different performance:

PE wood plastic products are heavy, have high hardness, brittleness, and strong plasticity;

PVC wood plastic products are lightweight, have poor hardness, good toughness, and creep.

4、 Different uses:

The products of PE wood plastic are mainly used for outdoor landscaping construction, such as boardwalk guardrails, outdoor flooring, pavilion flower racks, flower boxes, tree pools, garbage bins, and other outdoor landscape materials.  

PVC wood plastic products are mainly indoor decorative materials, such as doors, floors, baseboards, door frames, etc.
